1. The Service

Dukon AI provides a remote MCP server that connects a retail store account on the BILLZ platform to an AI assistant, allowing the account owner to query their own store data in natural language. The Service is read-only: it retrieves data and cannot modify anything in your BILLZ account.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must have a BILLZ account and be authorised by its owner to create and use an integration key for it.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and any personal connector link confidential. A connector link grants access to your store data — treat it like a password.
• One account per email address. You must provide accurate registration details.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for stores you own or are authorised to access.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or circumvent rate limits and plan quotas.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to the Service without a written agreement with us.

4. Plans and limits

The free plan includes a daily limit on the number of store queries, shown on the pricing section of our site. Paid plans, when available, remove or raise that limit. We may adjust limits with reasonable notice to registered users.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees. The Service depends on the BILLZ API and on your AI assistant provider; interruptions on their side will interrupt the Service.

6. Accuracy of answers

Dukon AI returns data retrieved from BILLZ. AI assistants may summarise, calculate or interpret that data, and can make mistakes. Do not rely on AI-generated summaries alone for accounting, tax or legal decisions — verify figures in BILLZ before acting on them.

7. Independence

Dukon AI is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of BILLZ, Anthropic or OpenAI. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting the connector, deleting your integration key in BILLZ, or requesting account deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that place the Service or the BILLZ API at risk.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or business decisions made on the basis of data or summaries obtained through the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and registered users will be notified by email of material changes.
